Not every job needs the same reminder. Service jobs and quote visits have different rhythms. Filter rules by staff (only Steve's installs get the heads-up), by job category (only Service jobs), or by visit type (Quote Visits vs Work Orders). Layer filters to scope precisely.

Quiet hours protection
Nothing alienates a customer like a 6am SMS reminder. Set your quiet window once (default 9pm to 8am) and Cooledge automatically shifts SMS reminders earlier so nothing goes out during sleep hours. Email is unaffected since it doesn't ping phones.
