Sales pipeline background
Grow Your Business

Turn your leads into a sales pipeline

Every open lead as a card on a drag and drop board. Custom stages, deal values on every card and a running total of what you won and lost.

Every open lead, on one board

A list tells you a lead exists. The Pipeline shows you where every deal sits, what it is worth and which ones need a push. Drag cards forward as you work them, and Cooledge moves them for you when the paperwork happens: create a quote and the lead advances, get it accepted and the deal is won.

  • Your own stages under New, Contacted, Opportunity and Won
  • Deal values on every card with running column totals
  • Won and Lost chips tracking the past 30 days
  • Hot lead flags, customer tags and time in stage on every card
  • Lost reasons so you learn why deals slip away

Your stages, your process

No two businesses sell the same way. Add your own columns like "Site visit booked" or "Follow up sent", then rename, reorder and colour them so the board reads the way your team talks. Stages sit under the lead lifecycle, so the board and your leads list always agree about where a deal is up to.

  • Add, rename, reorder and colour stages in Settings
  • Stages grouped under New, Contacted, Opportunity and Won
  • Delete a stage anytime, its cards move to the group default
  • Add stages after the win for handovers and document collection

Draft$2,300
Column total, Contacted~$23,600 across 3 deals

The ~ means a quote offers options, so the value is an estimate. Won deals switch to the accepted quote's actual total.

See what every deal is worth

Card values come straight from the quotes linked to each lead, including quotes created from the lead's job. Column headers keep a running total, so you can read the value of your whole pipeline off the screen in a morning glance.

  • Values from linked quotes, nothing to type in
  • Quotes with options show as ~ estimates
  • Won deals show the accepted total
  • Won and Lost chips total the past 30 days in dollars and deals

Know where every lead came from

Every lead records the channel, campaign, form and landing page that captured it, and your customer tags now show in lead context too. Reporting closes the loop with won rates per form and view to lead conversion per landing page, so you know which marketing produces work rather than just enquiries.

  • Form and landing page named on every lead
  • Customer tags visible and editable on leads
  • Filter the list and board by tag, form, channel and more
  • Won rate per form and conversion per landing page in Reporting

And what every lead turned into

Open any lead and one card lists every quote, job and invoice it produced. Quotes created from a job link back to their lead automatically, so the moment one is accepted the lead is marked won. No more deals that quietly closed without the pipeline ever hearing about it.

  • Quotes, jobs and invoices grouped on the lead
  • Job quotes linked back to the lead automatically
  • Accepting a quote marks the lead won on the spot
  • Status pills and amounts at a glance

Update deals from the ute

Just left a site visit? Move the deal forward before you pull out of the driveway. The lead screen in the Cooledge mobile app shows the pipeline stage and lets you change it on the spot, with the same rules as the board.

  • Pipeline stage on every lead in the mobile app
  • Stage picker grouped the same way as the board
  • Changes show up on the portal board instantly

Powerful Features Under the Hood

Everything you need to keep deals moving and nothing slipping through

Drag and drop that respects your process

Cards drag freely within a stage group and forward between groups. Cooledge advances cards automatically when quotes and invoices happen, and automatic moves always win.

  • Forward-only drag, corrections on the lead page
  • Automatic moves when quotes are created or accepted
  • Invalid drops snap back with a clear message
  • Move to action in the card menu, no dragging required

Hot leads and lost reasons

Flag the deals that matter, spot the ones going stale and record why the losses slipped, so next month you lose fewer.

  • Hot flag with a flame on the card
  • Time in stage chips: grey, amber then red past 7 days
  • Lost reasons: price, timing, went elsewhere or your own words
  • Won and Lost chips linking to the filtered list

Filters and sorting

The board shares its filters with the leads list, so however you slice your leads, both views stay in step.

  • Search across your open deals
  • Filter by enquiry type, tag and hot
  • Sort columns by time in stage, created date or value
  • Sortable columns and a Filters popover on the list view

Built into your leads, not beside them

The Pipeline is another view of the leads you already have. Nothing to import, nothing to sync and nothing to set up unless you want custom stages.

  • Inbound, marketplace and manual leads all appear
  • Board and list always agree on status
  • Cross-links between Pipeline and Leads
  • Your leads are already on it, sorted into columns

Fill the top of your pipeline

The board is only as good as the leads on it. Lead Capture gives you embeddable forms, hosted landing pages and a chat widget, and every submission lands straight in your New column.
