Leak Sealing:

  • Leak Seal: Toggle option (True/False)
    • True: Includes leak sealing in scope
    • False: Detection and repair only

3. Labor Configuration

Set labor requirements for leak repair work:

Time Allowance Options:

  • 0.5 to 8 hours: Available in 30-minute increments (0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8)

Number of Technicians:

  • Single Men: One technician (standard leak repairs)
  • Two Men: Two technicians (complex or large system leaks)

Labor Options:

  • Non-Technical Repair: Toggle for non-technical repair work
  • Show Estimated Labour: Display estimated labor hours in quote

4. Special Requirements

Configure special equipment and access requirements:

Lifter Requirements:

  • Not Set: No lifter required
  • Lifter Max 3.2m: Standard lifter for moderate height access
  • Lifter Above 3.2m: Heavy-duty lifter for high access work

Additional Equipment:

  • Long Ladder: Required for high or difficult access repairs

5. Quote Configuration

Configure quote presentation and pricing:

Quote Options:

  • Include in Quotation: Toggle to include/exclude this option from detailed quotes
  • Adjustment: Dollar amount to add or subtract from total
  • Total Price: Calculated total for leak repair work

Quote Notes:

  • Line 1: First line of custom notes
  • Line 2: Second line of custom notes
  • Purpose: Add specific leak repair requirements, warranties, or special conditions

6. Photo Documentation

Document the leak repair work with photos:

Photo Categories:

  • Indoor Photos: Photos of indoor components with suspected leaks
  • Outdoor Photos: Photos of outdoor components with suspected leaks
  • Other Photos: Additional documentation (leak locations, access issues, testing equipment)

Documentation Purpose:

  • Before/After: Document condition before and after leak repair
  • Leak Evidence: Photo documentation of leak locations and evidence
  • Access Documentation: Document difficult access or special testing requirements

7. Automatic Scope of Works Generation

The system automatically generates scope of works based on your selections:

Dynamic Work Items:

Generated automatically based on configuration:

When Refrigerant Remaining = Yes:

  • "Recover existing contaminated refrigerant"

When Suspected Component is specified:

  • "Suspected component: [Component Name] to be repaired"

Standard Leak Repair Process:

  • "Pressure test system to approx. 2500kpa with dry nitrogen"
  • "Further investigate system for refrigerant leaks. Via bubble method"

When Leak Seal = True:

  • "Seal leaks where found and possible"

Standard Completion Steps:

  • "Evacuate system to 500 microns or below"
  • "Recharge system with [Refrigerant Type] [Amount]kg refrigerant"
  • "Test systems operation after works are completed"

Pipe-Separated Format:

  • Work items are automatically formatted with pipe (|) separators
  • No manual entry required for scope of works
  • Dynamic generation ensures consistent and complete scope documentation

8. Leak Repair Process Flow

Detection Phase:

  • Pressure Testing: System pressurized to 2500kpa with nitrogen
